Mike is Hiring is a public job-search and market-intelligence service for AI, crypto, and adjacent frontier-technology roles. Search current jobs, compare companies and compensation, inspect source freshness, and prepare focused application or interview briefs.

The public read models are available to people in the browser and to software agents through a zero-auth REST API, a hosted Model Context Protocol server, and the official `mikeishiring-mcp` npm package. Public outputs distinguish source-backed facts from inference and keep person-level candidate data outside the public surface.
