Mike is Hiring is a public job-search and market-intelligence service for AI, crypto, and other frontier-technology roles. Search current jobs, compare companies and compensation, inspect source freshness, and prepare focused application or interview briefs. The same read models are available to people in the browser and to software agents through a zero-auth public REST API, a hosted Model Context Protocol server, and an official npm command-line package.

Every recommendation should be checked against the underlying job record. Public results distinguish disclosed compensation from modeled estimates, carry freshness metadata, and keep person-level candidate information out of the public surface. Agents can start with the developer guide, read the OpenAPI document, or connect directly to the hosted MCP endpoint. People can browse jobs and company research without creating an account; sign-in is reserved for private candidate workspace features.
