Job or company corrections
Include the public URL, the field that appears wrong, and a primary source that supports the correction. For a closed role, the employer’s posting or applicant-tracking page is the most useful source.

Developer support
Include the endpoint, request method, relevant parameters, response status, request time in UTC, and a small redacted response sample. Never email API keys, candidate tokens, résumés, or private workspace exports.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe whether you are asking for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another data-protection right. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report.” Describe the affected URL, expected and observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other people’s accounts or expose personal data while testing.
What happens next
The mailbox is monitored by the operator, Mike Williams. Requests are triaged by risk and specificity rather than by commercial value. A message does not create an agency or recruiting relationship, and job applications should still be made through the employer’s linked application route. Automated agents may read this page, but should not send speculative or bulk email; use the self-serve developer resources for routine API discovery.
